Wondering how many of us document our builds for entry in contests. I've printed up a standard form, and after I finish a build I enter things like date of completion, scale, description and a list of mods I've made as well as additional materials used. If it's extensive enough I'll use it as a substitute for the entry form.
I find it tremendously helpful when entering contests as I can refer to these sheets instead of having to remember every little detail. Helps me speed through registration.
What do you do?

I document evey build with the items you mentioned plus techniques I used or focused on. I don't have many/any contests near enough to enter so I don't use it to substitute for contest entries. It's good to document and look back at what worked and didn't or what techniques or kits are good/bad etc.
