Hi;
I thought I'd like to take a break from armor building and try my hand at building a ship. The question I have is:
How do other builders display waterline ships after building?
Do you create a diorama, just use a piece of wood or nothing at all.
I have never attempted a diorama and to be honest don't really want to.
If anyone has any advice please let me know.
Thanks in advance.

Regards;

Ron

Well, I would say to build a dio, but since you don't want to, you don't really have many options. It seems you could put it on a wood base.

A water dio isn't really that tough. There was an article in FSM recently that showed how to make water with Celluclay. I did it successfully, and it only took about two days with drying time.

Post some pics when you're finished!

Hi Ron
I decided to do a waterline ship after picking it up at the Scottish Nationals in April.
