Don colonel..I have seen a technique where you wrap long strips of styrene around an object, preferably metal, secure it with tape and then plunge the whole thing into very hot but not boiling water for about 20 seconds, take it out and plunge it into cold water to set it. I havent tried it but I have seen it in FSM. It will make a helix that you could cut into circles and semi-circles...For a curve, you could get a 2" wide piece of 3/4" thick wood about the same length as your strips of plastic, draw the curve that you want and,if you have a jigsaw, cut the board in half lengthwise using your curve as a guide. Then put your strips in between your "mold",hold it tightly together with rubber bands and do the same thing as above with the hot water but maybe leave it in a bit longer to allow the plastic to really soften and conform to the shape of your curve. well thats my 2..
