Hi all, my name is Stefano, from Rome, Italy.
Sorry for my English.
I am a model scratchbuilder and I would like to take part in the next Euromilitaire 2007 with my models.
These are built entirely in metal, brass, 1/16 scale, about 2 lbs, and I am afraid that they do not let them pass the controls in the airport.
They could be exchanged for disguised true weapons.
Do you have any advice?
For clearness here a photo, others in my album.
Thanks, Stefano.

I hope you don't mind me posting a photo of your excellent work before it was painted. Once your work is well packed and labelled and in your main luggage, -not carry on, then I don't think you'll have a problem. Maybe others who have made the journey have a different perspective

Hi Superb Model , I would show the photos of the unpainted model to your local Customs house and ask for guidence over the matter . It may a good idea to have the photos in a file in your hand luggage , so if there are any problems at UK Customs you can show them without unpcking the model : Best of luck you have a winner cheers ian
