Has anyone had to use dragon care for missing parts? If so, how was the service?

No problems here either.
complete satisfaction, actually I got the part I needed replaced (their fault) shipped from California, and then a week later the entire A sprue sent Airmail from China

I have had to use it a couple of times. Mostly the service has been great. However I purchased the Panther premium edition kit and the transpart vision parts were missing. I sent my request to dragon care which was promptly answered, and that the parts would be sent to me. This was over a month ago and I am still waiting for the missing parts. But at the rate I build I can easily wait lol
