There must be interest as I am planning our next show in the Madison area.

So when is this big AMPS show going to happen?

This is to let everyone know what is happening so far. I am talking with a major sponsor for the show. We have a couple of details to work out but I see no problem.
I will be looking at possible locations in the next month to find the best possible venue for the show.
The awards are "National" level so they are quite good.
If you have any questions please ask and if I can answer them I will.

When is the show Mike? Month and year for example

Update:
I have narrowed it down to two months for our 1st show. It will be in February or October.
I will be going to several possible locations here in Verona, Wi for the show site.
At our next meeting we will discuss the above and other items like road trips to shows next year.

The IPMS show is 1 March and as the Bong Chapter cancelled their October show; October would be the logical choice. good luck, have fun at Mastercon in Texas.

Hi everyone,
Sorry for the delay in posting but I have been dealing with some health issues and the fact that I was notified that my job is going to be eliminated in January.
Our next meeting will be on January 19, 2008. Will discuss the AMPS Nationals that are coming up and the show that I am planning. That show will probably be in February 2009. I would also like to discuss the Modelling Night out here in Madison, on February 29, 2008. Thanks for your patience and support.

you have dates and locations for this show yet mike?

Our next meeting and road trip will be to the AMPS Nationals in Auburn, Indiana next month. Our last meeting this past weekend we did a road trip to the hobby shops in Madison and Milwaukee. It was a great day.
We will also be meeting with the IPMS Pathfinders on a monthly basis now. So if your interested please send me a PM.
