I see balsa, plastic, pencils, but candles - do tell - what did you use them for ? Maybe the white points?

Hi Scott,
The white cones sticking out of the top of the Ramjets are candle tips inserted in hollow rod. I didn't know of any other way to make a cone (a sharpened pencil as used in the rockets is too sharp).
It'll be interesting to see if paint sticks to them.

Looking good . Have you thought about wax crayon,s for the tips ? they can be sharpened or blunted to fit .
