Hi there,
I'm new to this forum, and this hobby too. Though I do have some experience in scratchbuilding. I'm planning on Scratching a 1:45 scale E-100 StuG and would like to know if there's any other vehicle that uses the same or similar tracks/road wheels to the E-100. I imagine this will be a no, but thought it best to ask anyway, and if not, does anybody produce any 1:45 scale tracks and wheels for it?
If this is still a no, I might just move it down to a 1:72 scale, as I know dragon do a kit of it, or up to 1:35, as there might be some tracks and wheels in that scale, (other than the limited run Dragon kits).
So any ideas?
Edit - It appears that HobbyLinkJapan does have some suspension and tracks in 1:35, Wonderful!.

It's called a Krokodil, I believe it uses the same cannon as the poduction E100 (170mm) , but it also mounts an AA gun atop the superstructure:

If possible, could somebody show me some pictures of the mounting on the side of the hull for the suspension on the E100? If not i'll try and aquire the 1:72 Dragon version for analysis.
Also, the Maus and the E100 have quite different tracks, the Entwicklung Series were designed to use independent components, that could be easily transferred throughout all the different E-classes.

You are Right the E-100 used a Large drive sprocket with teeth and had holes in the Tracks that they looked like Large Tiger Drive.
