I have looked for but cannot find any resin jacks in 1/35 scale for german tanks

Jeff,
Your best bet would be to find Tamiya's "Panzer IV On Vehicle Equipment" set. There are 2 jacks along with a great assortment of equipment. Sorry, not resin, but nice molding anyway. If you can't find this, PM me, I have some extra jacks, etc.

I'm pretty sure that Royal Models makes a resin German tank jack.

Why not try ordering it from the guy that imports it into America? He may have the item in stock.
