I am going to start this thread on Aeroscale and Armorama. Have you learned any modeling skills from one type of modeling such as armor, that have proven to be usefull in another type of modeling, such as aircraft?

Using pigments on armor led me to using pigments on figures. Weathering tanks also gave me insight to weathering aircraft, even though I can't completely hide the seam.
