Hi all
I have an eduard photo etch set that includes film for the dials etc in the cockpit. What glue would you reconmmmend to attach this film inbetween the two layers of photo etch? Will Super Glue fog the film, or would i be better to stick with canopy glue (no pun intended, but what the heck!!)
Cheers
Andy

Just to add a bit of stick I would use a very small amount of white glue.
Being a sandwhich layer the edges of the outside ones will support it in its final location. Use CA on the metal to plastic joint and the film will be partially held in place my friction and squeezing from those two pieces.

You might also try using some Tamiya Clear acrylic paint, it has some good stick to it and when it dries it's nearly invisible. I use it a lot on small PE parts too, works REALLY good for holding those workable clasps together. Don't even need a touch of super glue as the clear paint works well once you give it time to cure. It's also easier to work with and clean up, in those tight, hard to reach spots. This use is for PE on PE, not PE to plastic.
