A really interesting and unusual project. I've often wondered about looking up a Soviet armoured train in 1:72 - not sure there are many kits out there. I'll follow your project with interest!

Very impressive work. I am really astonished by what you can do in this scale.
Thanks for sharing - hope to see more

Wow, it's difficult for me to even SEE anything in 1/72 scale!
Ironically, I had a vague idea of doing a 1/35 Soviet armored rail car with an aftermarket IS-2 turret, but wouldn't know where to begin.

Thank you guys for the comments…
The truth is that this project proved very difficult but I will try my best to finish it.
The progress is very low because of a little free time.
The next step that I’m working now is the basic construction of the AA wagon from plastic card.
To do this I previously build the AA gun and the Katyusha rocket launcher for dimension reference.
The Katyusha rocket launcher proved the most difficult part of the construction until now because
I must reposition it to a new angle from this how has from the kit (PST)
I will post as soon as possible the new progress pics.
Thanks
Nikos

I have a question about the T-34-76 turrets on the wagons. Which type of turret was used ? Was it the 1941 cast version ?
many thanks
