Looking for the "Black Swan" ship model kit - on the box label it says it is an "AuthentiKit" from "The Shipwright Shoppe Ltd." - so far neither name has popped up in searches ... it's a plank-on-bulkhead model - details visible at:

I would try Model Expo, they have many wooden ship models from various manufactures. Hope it helps
