Thanks for the replies guy's,
I am going to reshoot some of the pictures as I am using my firm's camera so I don't get to play with it much. I hope to do an article on making the wire wheels for the motorcycles (1/35th) soon!
Regards
Mark

Hi mark,

Welcome to a fantastic place to share ideas, make friends and get ideas.

The 251 dio looks really excellent, is it the Dragon communications vehicle as it is one that I have taken a fancy to but never seen it on the shelves?

John

Hi John,
Yes, it is the Dragon 251 command vehicle with the Dragon command group! It was originally given to me to build for a magazine article but the Magazine has now turned to die-cast ready builts(so you know which mag!). The base was a cut out wooden base which I filled with a mix of tile adhesive & static grass. Once this cured dry brushed the base with various ground colours. The mounted troops are Dragon 'Florian Geyer' & the mtorcycle is Tamiya (with scratch built wire wheels) & warrior Dispatch rider. I have also finished 2 small 'vignettte's' which I hope to take better pictures of ..If any of you Armorama guy's are at the IPMS show in November, they will be displayed on the IPMS Cleveland stand, so give me a nudge!
Regards
Mark
