Hi everyone.

I found this site by chance and I have been trying to read as much as time allows.

Reason for joining: My 7yr old son has collected about 3,000 (approx) plastic army men and selected vehicles. And, he has war time almost every day thoughout the house.

So, I thought I should get involved and start making scenes for him to play with, and it got me interested in learnnig how to make ruined buildings, sandbag bunkers, etc.

I found the article on how to build a basic wall, and that interests me.

Any and all help would be appreciated.

Chat with you all soon,

Z.

Welcome Aboard Tom.
Sharing in your sons interest is a good way of building a great father-son relationship.... a tip of the hat to you for doing it.

Just remember it's fun, and take the time to enjoy the hobby.

Zandar,

Boy, have you opened a can of worms!

After building some, shall we say, dios... next thing you know, you'll be building tanks and DUKWs and Jeeps and all kinds of AFVs.

Best wishes to you and your son!
