Yep, a buckeye.

I'm down between Cincinnati and Dayton, where the weather changes in a minute and there is no longer a LHS closer than a 25 minute drive from my house!!

I am just getting back in to the hobby after 10 year hiatus. I wasn't very old or very experienced with modeling when I first left the hobby, but I was smart and I saved all my old kits AND kept slowly adding to them over time. Fast forward to present. I'm close to marriage, have a mortgage and BEST of all (wait, those previous two were GOOD!?! ) I have my own BRAND NEW remodeled basement in which to build my ultimate "Man Cave"/hobby room.

Life. Is. Good.

I'm hoping to learn a lot and bring myself up to snuff on the new things that have happened in the hobby in my absence. My one link has been FSM magazine. If not for this great publication, I would have lost all ties to the hobby. Thank God for mother's revolving Christmas gift subscription!

Welcome to Armorama. Greatest place there is to learn and share more about modeling in any area. Last son moved out and I'm soon going to have my own "hobby" room. Jump right in and get involed in a "Campaign" and some builds. You'll find that there is more info, help, support, and just great sharing here then you can imagine.
