Dear All
it has been already 6 months that i was visiting this web site and i decide to join the community.

I have been modeling 15 years ago when i was a teen mainly focused on Nam era and modern MBT.

I just restart last autumn with a m551 sheridan very old model from tamiya.
I currently working on a AMX30 DCA from Saudi Arabia Army as well as USMC Humvee.

I am very happy to be part of the community.
By the way i am looking for decal from saudi arabia afv where i can found it?

Hi,

I am not aware of any AM decals for Saudi Arabian forces. The only thing I could suggest would be to make them yourself.

Hi Seb

Welcome to the family!

Can't help you with Saudi decals, but Decalcomaniacs produce 2 sheets of decals for Arabian AFV's...

Try HERE

DM-004, The Arab Armies, 1948-1973
"This sheet contains markings for Egyptian, Jordanian and Syria vehicles. National markings, license plates and tactical symbols are included. Instructions included, covers camoflage and marking practices."

DM-019, Arab Armies, Part 2
" This sheet is designed to compliment Decalcomaniacs previous release ARAB ARMIES PART 1 and some markings schemes are only possible with the two sheets used together. This sheet contains markings for a selection of Arab armor between the years 1947-1975. This includes markings to complete the M47s and M48s of the Jordanian army, white numbers for use on green Arab vehicles (primarily Syrian T-34 and T-54/55), Syrian tactical insignia, Egyptian parade battalion insignia(T-34, SU-100, JS-IIIM), and various turret names in Arabic(T-34, T-55, Pzkpfw IVJ and M47). JUST UPDATED TO INCLUDE JS-IIIM combat insignia! Instructions included: marking placement, vehicle selection and camouflage practices."

Hope that helps a bit....

Hi Seb,

Welcome to the Big A!

I did not find out the aftermarket decal set for Saudi Arabia AFV but there are some model manufacturers released their kits with decals for this country:

Hope that helps.
