Hi.

I am just here to tell you about my webcam tank project.

I have developed a system to remote control something over the Internet at my university LTH in Lund, Sweden.

So I made a prototype 2 as a battle tank.
It is a model of a Stuart M5 Tank with a paintballkanon, laserdoomweapen and red dot aim.

You can look at some pictures and movies here.

Welcome aboard, very interesting project.

It is fantastic to see the tank driving around shooting paintball outside my house and knowing it is controlled by a guy in USA/Australia or where ever on the globe.

Works better then I ever thought was possible...

Hi Magi!

Bienvenue sur Armorama!

Didn't already received some phone calls from the Secret Services around the world? I think they could be interested!

What you build is technologically a great thing... but I felt rather uncomfortable seeing the pics I must confess. The perspective to be attacked by a mini-tank controlled from the other side of the planet, Brrr... and I'm not talking of other things!

Anyway, welcome aboard Armorama!

Whell I can actually tell you that I have had a feeling of being followed for some time now.

Did I tell you that I am planning a blimp
http://www.blimpguys.com/
aeroplanes/helicopters among other things ........

I have now wireless equipment for 2000 m but I have not got my hands on Wimax.
The wireless range is 50 km with Wimax.
Now with that even I get scared.......

But it also means that you, in the future, can be anywere in the world in 30 seconds (as a robot).

Lets say you log in to a webcamrobot in Peru and walk around there for 10 min then log in to one in a cafe in Paris and have a coffe with a friend.
He can see your face on a screen on the robot.

Then you have to work and log in to one at the factory and do your 8 hours in Madrid.

At the evening you get a chef (cook) from china to log in to your robot you have at home, to make a dinner for you.
When he is done cooking a guy from africa log in in to your robot and he goes out and fix your car.
