I have about 60 pics from the Aberdeen Proving grounds that I would like to display here on Armorama. What I want to know is weather this is okay by law, I've heard that some museums require you to get a permission before online display, is this true for Aberdeen? I don't want to get into any kind of trouble.

I don't know about Aberdeen Proving Grounds but I had a similar idea about Royal Armouries. They only allow photos of their displays to be put online with if their permission is given.
So I e-mailed them explaining I wanted to pay them a visit and asked if I could put any photos I took into a feature for this site. They replied that they wouldn't allow it.
So I didn't bother going.

Every museum has got a different policy concerning the publishing of the pics shot to thei equipment.
The best thing is to contatct them and see what do they answer.
By the way I've seen several pics shot at Aberdeen Proving Ground on quite a few sites...
