Hello all! Great site, two thumbs way up for ya! I've been modeling forever it seems like. But, within the last couple years, my intrest has really grown. (All because of HobbyLobby's, once a year, 1/2 model sale) Even more recently, I've started doing alot of scratch building and love it. Most of my stuff has been geared toward wargamming, but I was able to beat the addiction and now work stricktly on 'display' type models and dio's.

Hopefully I can get my Stuart pics posted soon, I like'em because my terrain (home made) forms the backdrop. :-)

Welcome from a transplanted Illinoisan. I've been doing this fo a long time, too, but when I joined and checked the galleries I felt like I was starting all over again. Great bunch of people. Another late welcome, but heartfelt. So welcome Clint.
I'm a recent "newcomer" also and already have had many valuable inputs as well as "connections". As has been said, an incredible modeling "family" to be part of.
I've also just returned to a more serious approach to modeling and was "hung up" in Wargaming (though mainly the Warhammer with my sons). Don't want to give up on it completely but have been anxious to get some dioramas going. Look into the "Campaigns", there's a great one coming up with the "Battle of the Bulge". Hope to be hearing from you and seeing your projects,
