I love this movie. I have seen it at least three times. Then again, I am a big fan of John Travolta (post Saturday Night Fever) so I've watched all of his movies.

I like Basic too - it's good everytime I watch it. Restored my faith in Johnny T after Battlefield Earth...

I more or less liked it until the last 5 minutes which made a lie of the rest of the movie. I wanted to throw something at the TV.

I really liked it. I've probably watched it 8 times on HBO so I know it pretty good. I liked ho w JT's character was just a cowboy who could do whatever he wanted while everyone else still had to follow regulations.
