I'm Vincent from the Philippines. I'm fairly new to the scale modeling scene, with only four 1/72 aircraft under my belt since I only started this past February.
So I thought I'd get into armor modeling. I actually prefer the Soviet tanks more, especially the T-34, but I thought I'd start with something cheap. Enter the Tamiya M41.
I prefer my plane models to look plain (no weathering, toy-ish look even), but I can't wait to learn and apply the different kinds of painting techniques on AFVs. Looking forward to learning stuff from the people here and to sharing my progress on this! Cheers!

Good day Vincent, and welcome to the site!
If you like T-34 and want to start cheap, there are several alternatives from Italeri, Zvezda, Academy, ICM... also the old Tamiya kit can be found at a good price.
Feel free to ask whatever you need, we are all learning

Thanks for the warm welcome, guys. I'll be sure to WIP pics once I started on my M41.
@Carlos yeah I seem to have missed out on a Tamiya T-34 which I saw before, but I'm sure I can still get it since Tamiya is a very common brand here in the Philippines, along with Trumpeter, Dragon, Hobby Boss, and Italeri.
