hi everyone!
I am a 15 year old plane modeller who lives in the old gold rush town of Ballarat! ( ballarat is so famous for its gold, we even have a theme park dedicated to it!) I can only build every once in a while at my dad's house as I live with my mum who doesn't like anything to do with the military or war at all. I am saving up to buy the airfix 1/24 scale typhoon and will post everything on aeroscale so watch this space!

Good luck and happy modelling, Cam.
That's a tough situation you're in. I feel for you. Maybe your Mum will let you build civil/commercial aircraft at home. At least then you can practice your skills for the kits you really like.

Welcome to the best scale modeling forum on the interweb Cam, you will find everything you need here!
Great to see more Aussies joining in, especially another Victorian.
I was in Ballarat a couple of weeks back for work and stopped to check the local supply scene, and found the 1/24 Airfix Typhoon kit in the toy shop there quite a bit cheaper than it is in Melbourne!
Looking forward to seeing some of your work.
Cheers, D
