Welocme to Armorama Larry!

Don't let my stripes on the side bar here fool you... I got out after 12 years as a E-6 also. Nice to have another one around.

See ya at the NCO club.

Welcom aboard Larry, AKA: Warthog. You'll find that this website is very friendly and helpful. There is a lot of talent here, all ready and willing to have their brains picked for their skills. I reetired from the Army as an E6, but I was a Tank destroyer (11H, TOW).

WElcome aboard Larry! I'm fairly new here myself. Yep I have blasted my share of tanks and ships with my trusty BB gun!
I got out of the Army in 1971, I was a 106 mm RR Jeep driver and crew member.
The big red one , 1st Inf Div. Fort Riley Kansas.
You will fit right in here!

Cheers,
Garry

Welcome, glad to have you in the ranks. You will really enjoy this site. I know that I do. What Tamiya kits are you looking for to finish out your collection? I have been collecting the old Monogram armor series myself. I have most of them except for one or two. I have been trying to get all of the old White box kits with the Paine diorama sheets in them. Anyway, enjoy Armorama.

Welcome aboard Larry. I'm an old tread-head too. I went active just as they were phasing the M-60a1 (RISE) into Germany (77). So I played with the regular A1' s the M551 Sheridans and the A-2's. While a reservist, got to deal with the A3's and early M-1's. Hope you enjoy modelbuilding. The folks here are eral good and anything you may think you want to do, someone here has probably already done it and can give you excellent advice
