this friday night on the history channel they are haveing a spiceal tv show about
paratroopers its called combat jump.
the c-47 they are useing is from the air power musuem here on long island.
my club as out meetings there.
and they flimed this one long island.
and all the planes at the musuem fly
i was on this c-47 they used this plane in d-day and its a cool plane

I saw that show last night and enjoyed it immensly. For thos who missed it... It was about the drop of the 82nd in Sciliy. Kinda similar to Band of Brothers though on a much smaller scale

Man! I missed it. Is it going to be on again soon? I checked out the book from the library that goes along with the show but I haven't read it yet............
