Hi all

As a newby to this forum I would like to introduce myself. My name is Joost, 41 years old and living in the Netherlands. Since a couple of years active in building AFV in 1/35 scale. Used to build WW2 AFV (German) but switched to modern AFV. Mainly ISAF and OIF related. But my next build will be a Merkava IV. Glad to join this forum. Talk to you guys later

Cheers

Joost (JDSkyline)

Welcome aboard. There are lots of modern builders here so you will have plenty of company. I've just finished my first modern build and liked it enough that I will come back to the present again.

Don't hesitate to show off your work. Have a good time here.

Welcome to the site JD I hope you feel at home and I look forward to seeing some of your work in the near future. As Russ has said modern vehicles are becoming very popular here of late and so you should be in good company with a free exchange of information.

Well Thanks a lot you guys. Great to be a part this community.

Just curious Russ what modern build did you finish??

I started to work at a M1127 Stryker. When I got this one finished, I'll definitely show my M1127 off .

Thanks again for this welcome

Greetz

Joost
