Hello,
new to the forum and new to the hobby of modelling (besides the few models I built as a child). I've been reading a lot in here the past few days, and have learned alot. I'll be sure to bug you with questions in the future
It seems like a lot of you guys are into WWII models.
Next month I'm going to Normandy for two weeks (holiday... finally). I will be taking a lot of pictures there for future reference. If any of you would like me to look for something specific, I can always squize in that extra shot.

Hello Tindoor, I think you will enjoy this site. From the perspective of someone relatively new to this myself, the poeple in this community are some of the nicest people you will ever talk with - and very helpful.

Welcome On board Tin door
Man have you found a terrific site here Welcome to this amazing army of plastic lovin` glue artists lead by the best general in the world and far beyond. Every question will be answered here in the way of Ask and you shall receive. If you ask a question here you will be flooded with answers from some of the 2500+ members here and mostly you have a reply in the same day.
Normandy eh Well if you by chance get to Pointe Du Hoc and it is not too much trouble you could make some pics of the bunkeremplacements and the trenches between them. Maybe you could even make sketches if the most of the bunker is beneath groundlevel and not clearly visible in the pic But maybe I`m asking too much
