Well after being away from the hobby a few years again, I am back in. My main focus is WWII armour, mostly Russian.

I am a US Navy veteran and currently work for a small aerospace company in Northeast Georgia. My wife and I run a small, but popular pottery studio as well. She is the potter and I am the boss. So I figured I would spend some time making models again.

So, I wanted to say hey.

G'day Jim

Nice to meet you

If you're needing figures for those Ruski tanks of yours, I highly recommend popping in over on Historicus Forma, Armorama's figure modelling sister site. (You can use your Armorama/Kitmaker login credentials to login )

Beware the dark side though... it's a bit like Hotel California: once you check in you'll never (want to) leave

Hope to see you there

LOL...the dark side. It seems like every hobby had a dark side. Coin collectors call the dark side anything non-US. I bet those aircraft guys call armor the dark side as well.

Thanks for the welcome everyone. When I finally get my project running I will take some pics to show off.

Welcome. This is a great site with many helpful modellers willing to lend a hand when needed. Explore the site and enjoy yourself. Be sure to check out the campaigns tab, as campaigns can be a lot of fun.

I have already seen some posts from you around the site. Looking forward to seeing some pics.

Again, Welcome
